Syntax highlighting suggested changes in merge requests

Feature update

Suggested changes are not highlighted the same as diff suggested change is made on. It would be nice if suggested change diff renderer picked up detected highlighter for original diff view.

For example: If the diff highlighter detected that it's HTML, then the suggested changes should also be HTML highlighted.
