Problem to solve

The "remove project" confirmation is being updated under #220243 (closed) and #24401 (closed). The "remove fork relationship" confirmation is similar and should be updated to match.

The "remove fork relationship" confirmation looks similar to the new "remove project" confirmation, and similarly confirms the namespace.
