Design - Show last 10 failures of a test in JUnit report / full report

Problem(s) to solve

• Users today want to see if a failed test failed for the first time in this pipeline or has failed earlier.
  • From the JUnit report
• Users today want a report of all tests that are failing and how often (limited to last 10 executions for now per pipeline)
  • The pipeline requirement addresses the internal customer use case of different pipelines for different environments and that context being important.
