Push notification to include forced information

It would be useful for push notifications via webhook to include whether the push was forced. Our key branches are protected but feature and test branches may sometimes be reset or rebased and force pushed. It would be helpful to have this information available to the rest of the team when the update comes in (we integrate with a hubot in our slack channel).
