[Bug] Ascending/descending sorting is opposite to the one expected #669
Description
Description
In the lists and browser of tracks, albums, artists etc., having both an ascending and a descending order results in a list having the order in reverse of what is to be expected by the respective icon (the arrow).
Showing all albums (in the respective tab), sorted by their track count in an ascending order (an arrow turned upwards), results in the albums with the highest number of tracks at the top. Respectively, sorting all tracks by year in an descending order (as indicated by an arrow turned upwards) results in a list going from the tracks with the lowest year/number to the highest.
This seems to be the case in all of the tabs that you can go to to: "Songs", "Albums", "Artists", "Playlists", "Album artists", "Genres".
Steps to Reproduce
- Select and go to any given tab noted above
- Select a field/attribute to sort by
- Select the arrow for an ascending order (turned upwards)
- Check the value for the attribute of the element at the top
- Check the value for the attribute of the element at the bottom
- Select the arrow for an descending order (turned downwards)
Expected Behavior
Sorting by an ascending order should show first element at the top/beginning. Sorting by an descending order should show the element, that is last in the chain, in the first spot. An arrow turned downwards should show an descending arrow, and vice versa.
