I was very happy to read that the navigation button issue had been fixed on the latest release.

However, I quickly found two problems.

1. The navigation buttons are still completely non functional. This is on a Pixel 9 using gesture controls.
2. The version downloaded from the latest APK is still 1.3.1, not 1.4.

Was the latest fix actually pushed and fixed into the latest release? And/or was the version number not updated?
