Along with the items noted, this PR request promotes the SDK to major version 4.
This version will contain one breaking change; defining a ZosConnection object has changed.
ZosConnection is now defined via the builder pattern or the static factory methods in ZosConnectionFactory.
Ideally, it is recommended to use the factory class ZosConnectionFactory going forward. Each method is named after the authentication type desired.
