In the documentation to install Engine on Rocky Linux (https://github.com/zonemaster/zonemaster/blob/develop/docs/public/installation/zonemaster-engine.md), the command to install locales only work on Rocky 9.

We must add a comment for Rocky 8 explaining how to install it.
This is how to install locales for Rocky 8

dnf --assumeyes install langpacks-da.noarch langpacks-en.noarch langpacks-es.noarch langpacks-fi.noarch langpacks-fr.noarch langpacks-nb.noarch  langpacks-sv.noarch
