This apt update step is unnecessary since the workflow doesn't install or upgrade any apt packages, and it causes network requests that are hard to keep up with for StepSecurity allowlisting purposes.

The change correctly removes an unnecessary sudo apt update step from the endianness_miri job, which doesn't install any apt packages. This is a valid optimization that reduces network requests without affecting functionality. The PR title follows Conventional Commits format correctly.
