This PR appropriately adds api.securityscorecards.dev:443 to the allowed endpoints for the Dependency Review action. The change is minimal, follows Conventional Commits format, and resolves a necessary network egress requirement for the security-focused dependency review workflow. No blocking issues identified.
You can now have the agent implement changes and create commits directly on your pull request's source branch. Simply comment with /q followed by your request in natural language to ask the agent to make changes.
