### Description
Currently, TrafficMonitor only displays the network speed on the taskbar of the primary monitor. It would be great to have an option to display the network speed on the taskbars of all connected monitors in a multi-display setup.

Proposed Solution

Add an option to enable network speed display on all taskbars (extended displays).
Ensure compatibility with Windows multi-monitor taskbars.
