Allow use of .. in docs_dir and site_dir #56

Description
The docs_dir and site_dir should be allowed to be hosted outside of the project directory. However, we need to make sure that we do not open the gates for traversal attacks. Use cases:
configuration filein a.configfolder next todocs_dir_buildnext to the project directory
