Download animation is shown in multiple windows #8247

- I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
- I have checked that this issue can be reproduced once I removed all my Mods and Custom CSS.
What happened?
When a download starts and there are two or more windows the download animation is shown in all windows. It happens with a normal and private mode windows too. I think the animation must be shown just in the window where the download request happens.
