What happened?

Media content continues to play in the background even after the pinned tab has been unloaded. I'm not entirely sure what it means to unload a pinned tab, the website and docs doesn't directly define these simple terms. I initially thought pinned tabs were similar to bookmarks, as mentioned in the discussion #4092. I don't think there's a way to close a pinned tab, while still being pinned...

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Play a media file in a pinned tab.
2. Unload the pinned tab.

Expected Behavior:

• Media playback should stop when the tab is unloaded.

Actual Behavior:

• The media continues playing in the background.
• The mute icon disappears from the pinned tab despite the audio still playing.
