What happened?

Links clicked within the Discord web application forcibly open in Glance windows instead of normal browser tabs, persisting even when Glance is disabled.

Expected Behavior:
Links should open in normal browser tabs according to user preferences.

Actual Behavior:
Links consistently open in Glance windows, overriding user settings and Glance disable state.

Reproducible?

• I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
