What happened?

I know the title sounds weird at first but I find it incredibly annoying when I listen to music in one tab while using the collapsed tab bar (icons only) and I want to switch to the tab to change the playlist/change the volume.

Since I click in the middle of the tab usually I always mute the tab first because the mute button is right dead center on those and is quite transparent so it's not really visible at first. I think for the collapsed version it would be better to show the mute button only when the tab is already active or move it somewhere else and not right in the middle of the button.
