when switching to compact mode while using the extension menu, the extension will remain selected and the toolbar will remain floating forever #1925

What happened?
when i use extension menu, if i use keyboard shortcut to enter compact mode, extension menu will be closed but browser will still think it is open, and if hide toolbar option is enabled, toolbar will stay floating until restart
Reproducible?
- I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
