Reproduction steps

1. Start Zed.
2. Open the Agent panel.
3. Ask the agent for a response that includes a code block or copyable text.
4. Observe the copy button placement.

Current vs. Expected behavior

Current behavior: The copy button overlaps the agent response content.

Expected behavior: The copy button should not overlap content it should be placed with sufficient spacing or in a non-overlapping position.
