Reproduction steps

  1. Start Zed.
  2. Open the Agent panel.
  3. Ask the agent to run a command that produces terminal output.
  4. Observe the terminal output area.

Current vs. Expected behavior

Current behavior: A blinking cursor is shown in the terminal output area, implying it is editable.

Expected behavior: No cursor should be shown if the output is read-only.
