Reproduction steps

Start Zed from WSL
Click top left to open zed settings
Click on either "Open Settings File" or "Open Keymap File"
Nothing happens
Note: it used to work before the latest update.

But when I run the same steps with Zed opened from Windows locally, this works fine.

Current vs. Expected behavior

When I try to open Keymap/Settings File from Zed (opened from wsl)
Current: nothing happens
Expected: A window to pop up with the json file of corresponding settings opened and editable.

Zed: 0.225.9
WSL2 with Ubuntu 24.04
Windows 11
