Reproduction steps

1. Enabled "tab_bar": { "show_pinned_tabs_in_separate_row": true, }
2. Add some pinned tabs
3. Notice pinned tabs are missing right-hand side boarder

Current vs. Expected behavior

I would expect there to be a border on the right side, there currently is not.
