Reproduction steps
- Open an empty workspace
- Open the project panel

Current nightly view (v0.218.0+nightly.2010.1b29725a605ce284691fda41acd5692403cc8167)
Preview view (Zed Preview 0.217.1 47f6fd7)
I believe this regression came about from the changes to crates/ui/src/components/divider.rs in 0283bfb
