The entire Zed team will be on our annual break from December 20, 2025 - January 4, 2026. We wish you a very happy holidays and hope you spend your time doing stuff you love.

While we're off, here's what support will look like by channel:

- GitHub: a lean team will monitor issues for crashes, P0s, and scary P1s. These will be escalated with the team but expect slower than usual support. All other issues will be triaged and replied to once we're back.
- Discord: minimal monitoring. If you are facing a serious issue, then please report in GitHub as we will prioritize that channel.
- Email support: a lean team will monitor issues. Again, any serious product issues should be reported in GitHub.
