Reproduction steps

1. Open Claude-code in zed
2. do proper auth/login into it
3. try normal text, that seems to work as expected
4. Whenever claude wants to use concurrent tools it gives an api error

Current vs. Expected behavior

Expected behaviour is that it should work properly.

This seems to be a Claude-code (zed) issue since as can be seen Claude-code in terminal works as expected (also gemini agent and zed agent both work as expected as well)
This happened all of a sudden since I have been using Claude-code in zed for a long time and it all seems to work fine
