Reproduction steps

1.Start Zed.
2. Put this into settings:

"minimap": {
		"show": "always",
		"display_in": "active_editor",
		"current_line_highlight": "all",
		"max_width_columns": 50
	},

3. Observe huge freezes when moving cursor with arrow keys. Moving cursor by holding arrow buttons pretty much impossible, program freezes until you release the arrow button.

Current vs. Expected behavior

I expect cursor to just move when I hold arrow key.
