Manually added MCP servers disappear after disabling them and restarting #42888

Summary

I encountered an issue with manually added Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Manually add several MCP servers in the settings.
2. Disable those MCP servers.
3. Log out.
4. Restart the application and log back in.
Expected behavior:
The manually added MCP servers should remain listed, regardless of whether they are enabled or disabled.

Actual behavior:
All manually added MCP servers disappear entirely after disabling them and restarting the application.

It appears that manually added MCP servers are not being persisted after they are disabled and the app is restarted.
