Summary

Frequently I'll send a prompt to the agent, immediately want to add something, edit the prompt and hit enter again.

This frequently reverts changes the agent has made in the LAST prompt round, silently throwing away work.

I've been nagging @danilo-leal about it but this is the 3rd time it's happened today and it is getting really irritating 😅
