Summary

On windows when you right click in the code pane the new, split pane, and zoom in buttons disappear for a tiny amount of time.

Description

Steps to trigger the problem:

1. Open a project.
2. Right click on the code pane.
3. Observe the buttons flickering.

Expected Behavior:
The menu should open and nothing else
Actual Behavior:
The new, split pane, and zoom in buttons flicker.
