Description

outline_panel::OpenSelectedEntry also toggle the selected entry.
Which mean an opened selected entry when opened will be collapsed, and similar.

Steps to reproduce:

1. For example, let's use zed's settings.json file.
2. Open the outline panel.
3. Select an entry with children.
4. space (default key binding for outline_panel::OpenSelectedEntry - vscode default keyset)
5. That entry state will be toggled.

Expected Behavior: The state between collapsed and opened doesn't change.
Actual Behavior: The entry's state is toggled.
