When tryna use Agent Panel I get an error saying "Received an error from the Anthropic API: tools.0.custom.name: String should match pattern '^[a-zA-Z0-9_-]{1,128}$'".

Steps to trigger the problem:
- Install Zed
- Open a project
- In the Agent discussion try sending a message ..
Expected Behavior: Agent replies correctly
Actual Behavior: Error saying "Received an error from the Anthropic API: tools.0.custom.name: String should match pattern '^[a-zA-Z0-9_-]{1,128}$'"
Model Provider Details
- Provider: Anthropic via ZedPro
- Model Name: Claude Sonnet 4.5 Thinking/Reasoning
- Mode: Agent Panel
- Other Details (MCPs, other settings, etc):
Had some rules and MCPs but deleted all to try if the issue would resolve but still not resolved ...
