Summary

Diff in the first line seems broken.

Description

If you have a code change in the first line of the editor and click on the Git gutter to display the previous code, it appears that the Editor is broken or something is missing.

Notice that the scrollbar on the right moves slightly down.

It took me some time to realise that you can scroll up.

Expected Behavior:

You should see the previous code change (- diff) in the line above.

The editor should probably scroll to the top in this case

Actual Behavior:

You don't see the previous code change (- diff) in the line above
