Merge Request / Commit link not shown for gitlab repositories on git blame hover #38709

Summary
The git blame hover does no longer link to gitlab merge requests. (Still works for github.)
Description
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a gitlab merge request.
- Hover on a line from said MR in zed.
- The popover will not have a link to the merge request.
Expected Behavior: The merqe request link button is shown.
Actual Behavior: The merge request link button is hidden.

Zed: v0.204.5
OS: macOS 26.0
Memory: 16 GiB
Architecture: aarch64
