After unplugging an external monitor and starting Zed the UI scale is incorrect.

UI scaling issue after disconnecting external monitor and starting Zed

Correct scale after going into full-screen and exiting full-screen

Steps to reproduce:

1. Unplug an external monitor
2. Now with the built-in screen active start Zed
3. Zed UI is scaled incorrectly, to fix go into full-screen mode and back or plug the external monitor back in

Seems related to #35686 on windows.

Expected Behavior:

UI scale matches new display

Actual Behavior:

UI scale is incorrect when starting Zed after disconnecting external monitor
