Automatic Closed Captioning for the hard of hearing, made for PCHacks 2019. While it's running, any audio playing from the computer, whether it's muted or not, will appear on the screen as a closed caption.

In order to use it, you will need to use your own speech recognition authentication key, from Google Cloud or otherwise.
