Describe what should be investigated or refactored

Currently the code to build the rust injector is broken. It tries to call a tar file from an S3 bucket that doesn't exist. See cross-injector-amd. The binary downloaded from this S3 bucket, aarch64-linux-musl-cross.tgz, enabled building arm64 and amd64 rust injector binaries on arm64 hardware.
