    Add comments and emoji reactions for shared projects:
- E2E encrypted comments using ECDH shared secret
- Emoji reactions on entries, notes, and comments
- New server endpoints for interactions
- UI components: CommentSection, ReactionBar, EmojiPicker
- Translations for all 8 supported languages
