What's the problem this PR addresses?
PRs can be difficult to merge in this repo when the workspaces' versions change, causing merge conflicts.
How did you fix it?
Use the new
workspace:^pattern in every workspace dependency. They'll be replaced at publish-time, and won't cause merge conflicts anymore (since they'll never have to change).Checklist
