Hey guys, when are you going to release this version, please? It's really blocker for nx users. Thanks in advance!

It's been a long time since I worked on yargs, and I don't know how to kick off the CI process (GitHub Actions) for this PR. Until those run, I am blocked from merging this.

And even after merging this, I do not have the ability to publish a new version of yargs to npm, and I don't know if release-please is able to publish to npm either.

I think someone else like @bcoe will need to get involved.

@bcoe Please, please, can you help with this? It is not so hard, I hope. 🍻
