What was the error message when we didn't have ca-certificates installed?

The reported error (printed in the console) is in ArchiveReader::open:27, the error code is 4 which is ErrorCode_errno. And we checked the before-sign URL and signed URL of the S3 file, both looks good and can be download from my laptop browser.

The root cause is in ArchiveReaderAdaptor::try_read_header the clp_rc is 5, which is ErrorCode_EndOfFile. As @gibber9809 mentioned, this is probably caused by the file is not accessible. Then we tried wget <signed URL>, and get the error like:

To connect to private-clp-test-bucket.s3.us-west-1.amazonaws.com insecurely, use `--no-check-certificate'.

So after installing ca-certificate it works fine.
