This is an extension of #29. When you click the link to Customizer from the admin notice, it should include a query string parameter like ?expand_sidebar_section=1 which would then be looked for in Widget Customizer JS, after the preview has loaded and has hidden any sidebars not located there (see #2), it should then auto-expand the accordion for the first sidebar appearing in the customizer panel.
