version 0.6.14 has introduced an explicit dependency on the Xerces XML parser - this means that it will become the default parser in many circumstances unless steps are taken to ensure that it is not - it causes issues such as 'http://javax.xml.xmlconstants/property/accessExternalDTD' is not recognized. e.g. https://stackoverflow.com/questions/58374278/org-xml-sax-saxnotrecognizedexception-property-http-javax-xml-xmlconstants-p - if there is no reason in xmlresolver to have this dependency, then it would be good to remove it.
