Code Review
This pull request adds support for the nnd debugger. A new find_nnd.lua script is introduced to locate the nnd executable, and run.lua is updated to integrate nnd into the debugger execution flow, specifically for Linux environments. The check for opt is redundant here since opt is initialized to an empty table on line 42 if it's nil. Therefore, opt will always be a table at this point and the check is unnecessary.
