Summary of Changes

Hello @RC1844, I'm Gemini Code Assist1! I'm currently reviewing this pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed!

This pull request introduces a minor but effective optimization to the Qt TS rule within the Xmake build system. By adding a conditional check for the presence of source files, the rule now avoids executing processing logic when there's nothing to translate, thereby streamlining the build process and reducing overhead in such scenarios.

Highlights

  • Qt TS Rule Optimization: The Qt TS rule in xmake.lua has been updated to prevent unnecessary processing when no source files are present, improving efficiency.

Code Review

This pull request aims to optimize the Qt translation rule by avoiding unnecessary processing when no source files are present. The change correctly adds a check for source_files, but this introduces a critical regression. The build will fail for projects that have .ts files but no other source files, as the logic to find and store the lrelease executable is now skipped in that scenario. I've provided a comment with a suggested refactoring to fix this issue by separating the logic for lupdate and lrelease.
