The goal of this PR is to improve the default template links in .cent.yaml.
Missing links from the AllForOne project were added, duplicates removed and the list sorted alphabetically. URLs responding with a 404 have also been removed.
The original list contained 244 URLs, with several duplicates. The new combined list contains 165 URLs.
