- Add new SVG Icons module for custom inline icons in block editor
- Users can upload/paste SVG code with secure sanitization (XSS prevention)
- Icons are inserted via RichText toolbar and inherit surrounding text size
- Icons stored with namespaces in options, available via shortcode [func_icon]
- Add custom admin page for icon management with preview and CRUD operations
- Fix dashicons disappearing on first dashboard load (add dashicons dependency)
- Bump version from 0.10.4 to 0.11.0
