Describe the bug
When we open the bulk optimization page while having no credit, Unknown filter warning will exist in debug.log

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install and activate 2.1.2 of imagify (using site with large number of images)
2. activate bulk optimization
3. once the quota is finished
4. open the bulk optimization page and refresh

Expected behavior
No warning in debug.log

• Probably related to the fact that progress bar is still working in the background and once we refresh it will appear (notice the 5% here)
