CreateComment mutation needs to use the Relay global ID #532

Comment mutations relies on the post-object's postId and commentId field to identify the object that is being add to. It should use the relay global id of the post-type or comment object it being added on, so postId and parent should be replaced with parentId and it should be a global id for either a comment or post-type object. The mutation will determine which it is.
