Filter 'document_internal_filename' for updating internal file name additionally passed the original name #319

This arose from the WP Support issue No renaming – possible
Therre is an existing filter document_internal_filename that allows the MD5 file file name to be changed before saving it.
It is currently being passed only the MD5-encoded name. If anyone were to use the filter, it would be useful to pass the original file name.
