We could either make composer behat default to SQLite, or alternatively make it so that composer behat first tries MySQL/MariaDB and if that fails (maybe running composer prepare-tests too, it falls back to SQLite, maybe emitting a warning.

This would make onboarding for contributors much easier, as SQLite usually works for most commands.
