Any objections to adding an XML declaration to the phpunit.xml.dist template (<?xml version="1.0?>)?

It obviously isn't required, but there is no downside that I am aware of.

The primary upside (at least for me) is ensuring an editor properly detects file type to apply syntax highlighting.
